| Item Description | A simple and refined finish. The silk print beautifully penetrates through to the reverse side. The “dragon” has long been considered a symbol of power and good fortune in China. The dragon ascending to the heavens is said to bring strong luck and financial prosperity, representing “rising fortune” and “powerful good luck.” Each piece is individually packaged in a transparent bag, making it suitable for gifts or greetings. The pattern is clearly visible on the reverse side. Images are for illustrative purposes only. The frame is not included. Caution - As each item is handmade, slight variations in size may occur. - Due to the nature of the dyes, variations in color and slight bleeding may occur. Please enjoy these as part of the unique charm of hand-dyeing. - Colors may transfer when exposed to water, sweat, etc. We recommend washing separately. - When using an iron, set it to a low temperature and always use a pressing cloth. - Traditionally, both ends of a tenugui are left unfinished to allow them to dry quickly and maintain better hygiene. - With repeated washing, the fabric will tighten and fraying will naturally stop after a few millimeters. |
