Inquiry / Registration
Please contact us first via the inquiry form or by phone. We will ask about your business type and desired product categories, then guide you through transaction terms and conditions.
Quotation / Sample Check
We will provide a quotation for your desired products. If you would like to check the actual items, sample lending is also available (partially for a fee). We also accept OEM consultations.
Account Setup / Agreement
Once you agree to the transaction terms, we will proceed with account setup. After you complete the required registration form and your registration is approved, you will be able to place orders.
Order / Delivery
Orders can be placed by fax, email, or through our dedicated web ordering system. Products in stock are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
